Other than *required items, just leave fields empty for information that does not apply or you do not have at the time you place your order. You do not need to have all the information or materials at the time you place your order!

You can update your order at a later time by email: Michelle Adams at adamsm@cwu.edu.

We highly recommend getting your order on the list, even if you don't know the details or have all of your materials yet. Please help students plan and budget for their coursepacks!

After you "submit" your form, you should receive BOTH a popup screen saying that your order was successfully submitted (immediate) AND a PERSONAL email from Michelle Adams or Sara Senter (within one business day). If you do not receive BOTH the popup confirmation, and the personal email (within one business day), there may have been a problem. Please email Michelle at adamsm@cwu.edu to report the issue.
